The 2002 NASA SHARP PLUS apprentices are the tenth group of students to participate in the summer research apprenticeship program that QEM administered for NASA's Education Division since the inception of NASA SHARP PLUS in 1993 As shown in the following table, 2,348 apprenticeships have been offered since the Program's inception in 1993.
