AGENDA

This follow-up workshop is designed for institutions submitting proposals to the FY 2006 NSF/HBCU-UP Program competition, whether or not their proposals were successful in receiving funding. For institutions participating in QEM’s September 2005 HBCU-UP workshop in Washington, DC, and submitting a proposal to the FY 2006 HBCU-UP Program competition, QEM will cover workshop-related expenses for the proposed principal investigator identified in the proposal. Other institutional representatives from such institutions may attend at the institution’s expense.  Institutions that did not participate in the September 2005 QEM HBCU-UP Proposal Development Workshop but did submit proposals in the FY 2006 Program competition are welcome to send representatives to this workshop at the institution’s expense. 

Participants on successful and unsuccessful proposals are strongly encouraged to bring their reviewer comments to this workshop so that QEM senior staff and consultants can provide advice regarding next steps, with reviewer comments in mind.
